Really enjoyed making this beer bread. Totally straightforward, add beer and butter and pop into the oven. The resulting loaf tasted delicious. Am looking forward to adding grated cheese or herbs the next time or using Guinness rather than lager to see...

Spicy, high pork content, smoky and delicious. Hard to believe they are Irish, not Spanish. Worth every penny!

Wow, a great evening, fantastic selection of drinks over foods. No surprises that the fish and chips stall was the most popular.
